Total hard disk space that is required 1485 MB
1765 MB peak usage during installation
750 MB

1230 MB peak usage during installation
Notes
In these tables, the "Working space" entry describes the hard disk space that is required for files that are used only during the installation process. The working space requirement is temporary. It does not contribute to the total hard disk space requirement.
In these tables, the "Files that remove Windows XP SP3" entry describes the hard disk space that is used for storing the files and the settings that are changed during the installation of the service pack. You can automatically back up the files during the installation of the service pack. These files are required if you want to remove the service pack later.
You must also have 30 MB of free hard disk space on the first primary system partition. The first primary system partition is the disk volume that contains the hardware-specific files that are required to start Windows. For example, the primary system partition contains the Ntldr file, the Boot.ini file, and the Ntdetect.com file.
We recommend that you have 1500 MB of free hard disk space if you install Windows XP SP3 through Microsoft Download Center or 1100 MB of free hard disk space if you install Windows XP SP3 from a shared folder on the network.

However, you can safely install Windows XP SP3 on a computer that has 700 MB of free hard disk space on the active partition. The remaining 800 MB of free hard disk space can be on some other partition on the computer. This remaining 800 MB of free hard disk space is used mainly to store the temporary folder that contains the extracted service pack files.
The actual download size of Windows XP SP3 as obtained from the Windows Update Web site is approximately 70 MB. The download size varies depending on the updates that are installed on the computer.
The actual size of the %Windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Temporary_folder_name folder is approximately 600 MB.

cannot connect to SMTP server connect error 10060

Problem :
cannot connect to SMTP server connect error 10060

Solutio 1:
http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?p=3202351

The so-called 'port 25 block' is an anti-spamming measure that
has been adopted by most providers of Internet connectivity.
Basically it means you will not be allowed to use port 25 SMTP
unless that server is on the same network as the one providing
your Internet connection at that moment. This policy causes a
hardship for travelers. There are some workarounds:

1. Use webmail.
2. Use a port other than 25 for SMTP, if your mail provider
has a provision for that. Typical alternate ports are 465 and 587.
3. Get a free Gmail account, configure it for POP access, and
use it for your sending chores.

INTRODUCTION
The Microsoft Report Viewer 2005 Service Pack 1 (SP1) Redistributable
Package includes the following:
* Microsoft Report Viewer control for Windows Forms
* Microsoft Report Viewer Web server control for Microsoft ASP.NET
These controls are used to view reports that are designed by using
Microsoft reporting technology.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 included several fixes in the
ReportViewer control and in Report Designer. However, the
redistributable package for Report Viewer was not updated in Visual
Studio 2005 SP1. The Report Viewer 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package
includes all the fixes that were in the ReportViewer control that is
installed together with Visual Studio 2005 SP1. The Report Viewer 2005
SP1 Redistributable Package also includes the fixes that are not
included in the Report Viewer Redistributable Package that is shipped
together with Visual Studio 2005 SP1. Additionally, some regression bugs
that were introduced with the ReportViewer control that is installed
together with Visual Studio 2005 SP1 are now fixed in this latest Report
Viewer 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package.

Note The ReportViewer control that is installed when you install Visual
Studio 2005 SP1 is not updated when you install the full installation of
the Report Viewer 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package. In this case, Visual
Studio 2005 SP1 continues to use the ReportViewer control that was
included in Visual Studio 2005 SP1.
